Seven More Covid-19 Cases Confirmed Today
The Ministry of Health of Cambodian confirmed seven Covid-19 cases today, bringing a tally of 233.
In a statement, the ministry said that seven people, four of whom are peacekeepers in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping mission from Mali and the others returned from Indonesia.
The four men, aged 31, 43, 49, and 47, are now receiving medical treatment at Chak Angre Leu Health Centre in the capital.
The other three Cambodia men, aged 25, 27, and 36, from Indonesia tested positive for Covid-19 twice on July 28 are being treated at Chak Angre Health Centre.
The trio among the 59 passengers came back from Indonesia via a flight arriving in Cambodia on July 23.
The statement added that seven Cambodian patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals after tested negative for Covid-19 twice.
As of today, Cambodia has had a tally of 233 Covid-19 cases, 154 of whom have recovered.
