CP ALL Plans to Bring Thai Coffee Brand to Cambodia

CP All Plc plans to bring a well-known Thai coffee brand Bellinee’s to Cambodian market and will launch it early next year, said Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Bangkok.

CP has seen the economic development, modern lifestyle of people, and a good opportunity for the coffee franchise in Cambodia, according to the announcement.

The plan was proposed in a meeting between H.E Ouk Sorphorn, Cambodian ambassador to Thailand, and Charahts Likitkunawong, advisor to the CEO of CP ALL, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Bangkok on 15 July 2020.

Mr. Sorphorn expressed a warm welcome and requested Charahts Likitkunawong to conduct a study on the target audience, competitors, and strategic locations.

“Location is the priority because there are many cafes in the market. Because they focus on high-class customers, we recommend Bellinee's to operate in state offices or malls,” said Mr. Sorphorn.

In response to Mr. Sorphorn, Mr. Charahts Likitkunawong thanked the embassy that has always supported CP ALL and share information about investment, business opportunities, marketing strategies, and Cambodian economic updates.

The franchise is scheduled to open sometime early next year.
